The dawn of the new millennium brought with it the creation of an extraordinary new home plan service: the ICON Designers’ Guild. Founded and owned by the ICON Design Group, Ltd.®, new home plans are now being offered by the new design association. These homes range from 1500 to over 10,000 square feet, offering builders and homeowners the ultimate selection of quality luxury home plans!

The success that the ICON Design Group, Ltd.® experienced in 1999 now gives the company the opportunity to respond in greater volume to customers who have been requesting more and more home plans. Thus, in addition to the ongoing design of and the expansion in size of the ICON Design Group, Ltd.®’s own new home plans, the Guild will showcase other designers’ home plans as well. Members of the Designers’ Guild include House Plan Gallery, Breland and Farmer Designers Inc., DesignHouse, Inc., and Rick Garner Designer, as well as residential design group Steve Cowman Associates. All are eager to share in the recent success of the ICON Design Group, Ltd.®

The ICON Designers’ Guild hopes to continuously expand its collection of home plans with the inclusion of additional designers and builders into the Guild. Many of these professionals design top quality home plans, yet do not have the time or means to promote their home plans to a nationwide consumer market. The ICON Designers’ Guild will therefore provide just such a venue, marketing members’ home plans and thus benefiting both designer/builder and consumer.

The ICON Design Group, Ltd.®’s designers and marketing staff personally hand-select all home plans submitted by Guild members to be showcased in Guild publications. Therefore, consumers can feel confident that the quality of these home plans adheres to the same rigorous standards set by the ICON Design Group, Ltd.® itself.
