Pricing:

• Individual plan prices are marked on each page.

• Plans on Disc are formatted in AutoCad 14 and cost $1500.00. Disc may only be purchased IN ADDITION TO a full set of vellum plans

Format:

• All Working Drawings are printed on Reproducible Vellum which allows you to make as many copies as are necessary for the construction of one home. Vellums are also erasable and therefore allow for minor changes and notes.

Reverse sets:

• We will reverse all Working Drawings with NO mirrored (backward) text or dimensions for your convenience.    $150.00   

Foundation options:

• All Home Plans are shown with Poured Concrete foundations; however, ICON will provide addendum pages for the following alternate foundations FREE OF CHARGE:
              Slab on grade
              Crawl space
              13 Course 8x8x16 standard C.M.U.
  
  Alternate foundations are shown on a supplemental sheet to our “regular” poured concrete foundation and therefore all other sheets still represent a full foundation    (i.e. elevations, building sections, stair sections, mechanical locations, details, etc.)
  
  Alternately, a full set of working drawing ( typically 18 to 24 sheets) with complete foundation details and changes ( i.e. revised elevations, building sections, stair sections, alternate mechanical locations, details, etc.) is available for an
  additional $300.00.
  
  Please note: alternate foundation options are not available for our standard next day delivery.

Study Sets

• 1/4" = 1'0" scaled floor plans with a furniture layout template is available for every home plan. Study Prints show the Front Elevation as well as the Main and Second Level (if applicable) Floor Plans.    $150.00       

Planning Sets

• Taken directly from the full set of house plans, these fully dimensioned Auto Cad pages include the elevations and floor plans only.     $250.00

"Flex" Options

• Many of the ICON Home Plans are designed with  FREE "Flex" Options. These are interior (within the existing shell) additions or adjustments.

• For example, "The Holbrook" can "flex" to three or four bedrooms upstairs.

• Note:  You must specify the plan option (if other than the one shown in our Planbook) at the time of your order.

Plan Customization

• ICON is happy to make any changes to our home plans to suit your individual needs. Please call for a quote.

Payment

• ICON accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cards will not be billed until plans are shipped. Personal or business checks are not accepted at this time.

• Appropriate sales taxes will be added

Shipping Charges

• Plans (as shown) are shipped UPS second-day air FREE OF CHARGE. UPS next-day air is also available at customer expense.
