Pricing:   Home Plans are priced by total square footage as follows, unless otherwise noted:

• Plans on Disc in AutoCad 14 are available for $1500.00, and may only be purchased in addition to a full vellum set of home plans. You may make any modifications you choose, however, ICON Design Group, Ltd. retains the copyright to the home plan.

Format:

• All Working Drawings are printed on Reproducible Vellum which allows you to make as many copies as are necessary for the construction of one home. Vellums are also erasable and therefore allow for minor changes and notes.

• Plans on Disc consist of the AutoCad 14 (R) files and may be used for the construction of one home. A multiple use license is available for an additional $500.00.

• All ICON Design Group, Ltd. plans come with a SINGLE-USE LICENSE; home plans may only be used to construct ONE home.

• Additional construction licences are available at a 50% discounted rate each (half the cost of the original set of home plans), or you may purchase a multiple-use license for $500.00 that authorizes you to build the plans as many times as desired

Reverse sets:

• We will reverse home plans with NO mirrored (backward) text or dimensions for your convenience.    $75.00   

• A Mirrored Reverse Set (with backwards text) is available for $50.00.

Foundation Options:

• All Home Plans are shown with Poured Concrete foundations

• Crawl-space and Slab Foundations are available FREE OF CHARGE as an addendum page to the original set of plans   

• A complete set of plans showing an alternate foundation (i.e. slab on grade, crawlspace, etc.) on all related pages  is available for an additional $300.00.
  
  Please note: alternate foundation options may  not available for our standard next day delivery.

Study Sets

• 1/4" = 1'0" scale floor plans with a furniture layout template is available for every home plan. Study Prints show the Front Concept Elevation as well as applicable Floor Plans.     $150.00       

Planning Sets

• Taken directly from the full set of house plans, these fully dimensioned Auto Cad pages include the elevations and floor plans only.     $250.00

Plan Customization

• We are happy to make any changes to our Designers' Guild home plans to suit your individual needs. Please call for a price quote.

Payment

• The Designers' Guild accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cards will not be billed until plans are shipped. Personal or business checks are not accepted at this time.

• Appropriate sales taxes will be added

Shipping Charges

• Plans (as shown) are shipped UPS second-day air FREE OF CHARGE. UPS next-day air is also available at customer expense.
