1. Rendering

On the first page of your Designers' Guild home plans, you will find a black & white concept illustration of the home's front elevation, as well as the general home plan notes. (Please note that the illustration is the artist's conception and may vary upon construction)

2. Front Elevation

The Front Elevation is shown at 1/4"=1' scale showing full exterior details and may include supplemental enlarged area details.

Rear elevation

The Rear Elevation is shown at 1/4"or 1/8" scale showing minimum exterior details.

3. Side Elevations

The Side Elevations are shown at 1/4"or 1/8" scale showing minimum exterior details.

4. Foundation

All Guild Home Plans are shown with a 9' Poured Concrete Basement at 1/4" scale, fully dimensioned and detailed showing structural members.


Alternate foundation plans  ( i.e. crawlspace, slab on grade, etc.) are available for an additional $300.00.

Please note: alternate foundation options are not available for our standard next day delivery.

5. Floor plans

The Floor Plans are shown at 1/4"=1'0" scale, fully dimensioned and detailed showing structural, window and door callouts, and room finishes.

6. Roof plan

The Roof Plan for your Guild home is scaled at 1/4", 1/8", or 3/32" (varies per plan) with Floor Plan references. Pitch and overhang distances are also noted.

7. Wall Sections

Wall Sections are shown at 3/8" to 1" = 1' scale and are highly detailed. Typical framing sections are also included.

 

8. Interior Elevations

This page depicts highly detailed interior elevations at 1/4" or 3/8" scale (varies per plan). Included are detailed drawings of cabinets, vanities,  and fireplace finishes.

9. Electrical

Suggested lighting/power plans are shown at 1/8" or 1/4" scale (varies per plan).

Plan requirement represents information requested by the AIBD, the CHPD and local building codes by each individual designer. Plans presented and sold by some designers may or may not fulfill all of the above listed requirements by all governing jurisdictions. Not all Designer Guild Plans will include all of the information as listed above.
