*Because of the complexity of some home modifications, custom changes not listed above may require additional design fees. Estimates will of course be provided before you need commit to a plan purchase, so speak to a designer about questions.
This is a limited-time offer, so there's no time to lose! After one year, modified concepts from the Spring 2001 collection will be released in a standard ICON stock collection and a new book of concepts will be released. Of course, after this time the finalized plans from the "Spring 2001: Book of Concepts" may still be modified but at ICON's regular customization prices.
