The Process
You:
Contact us to let us know you are sending in a project.
Send in the base plan you are looking to modify and a list of things you know you want added or deleted.
Also send in site information if you know where the home will be built.
Contact us for our flat rate pricing of Concepts and enclose a check or call with card information for payment.

Will evaluate the plan to make suggestion of additional changes
Will Design an initial sketch of Main floor for approval before other floor plans or elevation are worked on.
Will send a PDF of sketch for your review.
You:
Can review and approve the sketch and make notations of changes you may be looking at

Will complete the proposals and email the final proposals to you.
Will include a Bid to design final working Drawings based on he proposals.

Pricing

Concept Plans are priced at $250.00 for each elevation and floor plan requested and Changes to Concept Drawings at $60.00 / hour. Cost for Concept Drawings billed at cvery 30 days whether project is a go or not. If we proceed with full working drawings, 50% of the cost of the Concept designed by SCA is absorbed into final plan costs. If we are redrawing an existing plan you have purchased elsewhere to modify, the cost to modify is $0.80 per square foot plus 45.00 / hour for the changes. Plot plans are $150.00 if supplied with complete Surveyor's Certificate, setback informationa dn address. We charge $45.00 / hour if we need to find the information.
